After 15 days of striking an agreement was reached between UPS and its workers. The deal was a 5-year contract increasing the base wage for part-timers but does not include a pension proposal.
One could argue that both sides lost. the strikers didnt fully get what they wanted, and UPS lost money due to being unable to deliver packages. But at the same time, one could argue that both sides won, because UPS got their workers back, and the workers got some of what they wanted.
